Margaret Chiavini is a financial services executive, Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB®), speaker, author, and podcast host who believes joy is a discipline, not an accident. After building a career in mortgage banking, including leading a national sales team dedicated to banks and credit unions originating $15 billion in annual volume, she turned to a bigger question: what does it actually take to live a great life and leave a great legacy?

Margaret is a survivor of stage 2 melanoma, trekked to Everest Base Camp, and climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in her fifties, hosts the podcast Designing Happy, and speaks nationally on the three pillars she’s built her philosophy around: optimism, gratitude, and responsibility.
She’s also the founder of Monumenta, a new mobile app launching soon. It’s a roadmap and guide for living a great life, on purpose.
